Registration is required for all participants. Registration helps us track how many seats we will need and allows us to plan for the appropriate number of materials.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY REGISTRATION IS ACCEPTED?
You will receive confirmation within one week of receipt of your registration. Confirmation can either be electronic or by post. If your registration is received within one week of the conference we will call, fax or email you to confirm your registration.
